ANGULAR ATTACHMENT HEAD FOR CRANK BORE PROCESSING OF CRANK SHAFT CASE

摘要

An angle head for processing crank bore of a crank shaft case is provided to achieve more precise and uniform machining accuracy of straightness and concentricity by machining adjacent crank bores simultaneously with tools installed at both sides of a driven spindle. An angle head for processing crank bore of a crank shaft case comprises the followings: an angle head body(110) installed at a driving spindle of a machine tool; a power transmitting unit(120) installed in the angle head body, to receive power from the driving spindle and transmit power to a preset position; a driven spindle(130) rotating by power transmitted from the power transmitting unit, including a tool holding unit(132) where an inserted tool performs machining work. The driven spindle comprises the followings: a driven rotation axle of a pipe shape inserted to a through hole formed in an end of the angle head body, including the tool holding unit at both sides; a driven gear(133) connected to a periphery of the driven rotation axle and geared to a gear of the power transmitting unit, to rotate the driven rotation axle with transmitted power; a pair of support bearings(134) installed at both side inner peripheries of the through hole, to make the driven rotation axle rotate at a proper place; a fixing flange(135) inserted to the driven rotation axle at an outside of the support bearing and fixed at the end of the angle head body.
