A waterproof structure of the rooftop using a polyester reinforced PVC waterproof sheet and a deterioration prevention cap of an end sealing material comprises a PVC waterproof sheet(40) placed on an internal wall of a railing(12) at the top of the bottom(11) of the rooftop(10), a semi-insulating sheet member(20) installed between the waterproof sheet and the rooftop bottom to insulate between the waterproof sheet and the rooftop bottom and provided with many adhesive holes(21) to attach the waterproof sheet to the rooftop bottom strongly, an adhesive member(30) placed into the adhesive hole of the semi-insulating sheet member to attach and fix the waterproof sheet to the rooftop bottom together with the semi-insulating sheet member, a sheet fixing member(50) installed to the top of the waterproof sheet placed on the internal wall of the railing to fix the waterproof sheet to a wall of the railing, a sealing material(60) installed to the top(42) of the waterproof sheet and the upper part of the sheet fixing member to cut off the inflow of water between the internal wall of the railing and the waterproof sheet, and a deterioration prevention cap(70) located on the sealing material to prevent the deterioration of the sealing material by sunlight, etc.
