A plastic pipe reinforced with a spiral type profile wound on a corrugate pipe is provided to increase degree of stiffness by integrally molding a reinforced profile to have the same outer diameter as a projection part. A method for manufacturing a plastic pipe reinforced with a spiral type profile wound on a corrugate pipe for spirally molding a projection part(32) and a groove part, and an inside diameter part(34) comprises the steps of: spirally molding a reinforced profile(41) such as a spring at a spiral profile molding device after cooling the reinforced profile at a cooling device; spirally supplying the reinforced profile to a groove part of the corrugate plastic pipe; and molding the reinforced plastic pipe by integrally fixing the reinforced profile on the groove part of the corrugate plastic pipe through an outside guide roller(43).
