A triaryl amine-based compound-introduced phosphorescent iridium dendrimer, a method for preparing the dendrimer, and an organic electroluminescent device containing the dendrimer are provided to omit the process for controlling doping concentration and to improve the luminous characteristics and efficiency of an organic electroluminescent device. A triaryl amine-based compound-introduced phosphorescent iridium dendrimer is represented by the formula 1, wherein Ar1 and Ar2 are independently a phenyl, tolyl, naphthyl, anthryl, fluorenyl, pyridyl, pyrrole, quinoline, furan, thiophene, benzothiophene or benzofuran group substituted or unsubstituted with a linear or branched C1-C20 alkyl group substituted or unsubstituted with a halogen atom, a C1-C20 alkoxy group, a C5-C7 cycloalkyl group, an aromatic group substituted or unsubstituted with a halogen atom, a halogen atom, an acyl group or a cyano group; R_A is a C1-C22 alkylene group or a C5-C30 aromatic group substituted or unsubstituted with an alkyl group, a C1-C22 alkoxy group, a C5-C30 aromatic group, a C6-C30 aminoaryl group, a benzophenone group, a benzenesulfone group or a diphenyldiarene group (wherein the alkyl, alkoxy and aromatic groups contain at least one atom selected from Si, B, O, P, N and S); R_B and R_C are independently a C5-C30 aromatic group substituted or unsubstituted with a C1-C22 alkyl group, a C1-C22 alkoxy group, a C5-C30 aromatic group, a C6-C30 aminoaryl group, a benzophenone group, a benzenesulfone group or a diphenyldiarene group (wherein the aromatic groups can contain at least one hetero atom selected from O, N and S), and they can combined by alkylene or alkenylene to form a fused ring; and n is an integer of 1-10.
