System of homepage total construction and method thereof

A system of homepage total construction and a method thereof are provided to improve a homepage loading speed by connecting the floating IP of a personal computer with a domain name to be connected with the domain name and operating the homepage within the personal computer. A system of homepage total construction includes a central server(200), a client terminal(300), a sub client terminal(400) and a network(500). The central server produces a homepage generating module for installing and driving a homepage and transmits the module to the client terminal. The client terminal receives the homepage generating module from the central server then installs the homepage on a personal computer and drives the homepage. The sub client terminal receives the homepage generating module from the client terminal and installs and drives the homepage. The client terminal and the sub client terminal include all communication terminals which can transmit data through wired or wireless networks.
