A powder particle mixing unit and a powder particle dissolving device using the same are provided to prevent a lump of powder particle from being formed by shock generated when the powder particle instantaneously mixed with a solvent falls down to a dissolution tank. A powder particle mixing unit(1400) for mixing powder particle and a solvent is composed of: a first solvent inlet port(1410) receiving the solvent; a chamber(1420) for containing the solvent flowing through the first solvent inlet port; at least one spray nozzle(1430) installed at the lower part of the chamber to spray the solvent to the lower part in the chamber; a mixing pipe(1440) extended downward while covering the chamber and the spray nozzle; and a dispersing nozzle(1450) inserted and fixed toward a center axis of the chamber and the mixing pipe in the predetermined length. A second solvent inlet port(1460) for spraying and supplying a second solvent is installed at the lower part of the mixing pipe. The second solvent filled through the second solvent inlet port is mixed with the first solvent and powder particle jetted and mixed by the dispersing nozzle and the spray nozzle.
