SMALL SUM CASH BACKED LENDING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for providing a small secured loan are provided to enable a borrower of a low credit level to receive the small secure loan directly from a financial facility by providing security from a plurality of users in a reverse auction mode. A financial facility account management system(200) enables a member to provide security by determining a security range based on balance of the member, and restricts withdrawal as much as the security when the member joins in auction or gets to be a successful bidder. The account management system transfers a loan automatically to a borrower when the member gets to be the successful bidder, or collects a principal on a repayment day. A member account management system(300) processes participation in the auction and auction notification of each member by using a reverse auction system(400), transfers the principal of the borrower to a bank account on the repayment day, and collects a fee presented in the auction from a bank when the borrower pays the monthly repayment to the bank. The reverse auction system receives application from security providers when the borrower opens the auction, and processes the auction by making the security providers lower the fee.
