A monitor tilting device of an Audio-video system of a vehicle is provided to minimize vibration of a monitor by supporting tilting rollers on a tilting panel in a stable manner. A monitor tilting device of an Audio-video system of a vehicle includes a base frame(1), a slide plate(11), a driving motor, a deceleration gear unit, a front cover(3), and a tilting panel. The base frame has the inside in which rail guiders are arranged. The base frame has a front mounting plate with a slide opening portion formed in a widthwise direction. The base frame has one side equipped with support rollers. The slide plate has both sides with guide rails(33), and a rear side with a cut-out portion. The slide plate has a rack portion formed along the cut-out portion, and a guide slot formed in parallel to the rack portion. The driving motor is mounted on the base frame through a motor bracket. The deceleration gear unit is mounted on the motor bracket, and allows the slide plate to slide by transmitting the rotating force of the driving motor to the rack portion of the slide plate. The front cover is mounted on the front mounting plate of the base frame, and has a bottom with an opening mating to the slide opening portion on the base frame. The front cover has an inner surface on which a tilting groove(TTG1) and an inverse tilting groove(TTG2) are formed. The tilting panel has a top with tilting rollers and a bottom hinged to the sliding plate. The tilting panel has a front surface equipped with a monitor(25) and a monitor cover(55).
