An integration type controller of an indoor air conditioning system is provided to integrate various indoor environment sensing elements and to control input elements for various individual indoor air conditioning systems into a single controller to control the individual indoor air conditioning systems integrally according to sensing results of the sensors, thereby improving the convenience of users and managing the individual systems effectively based on precise air conditions. An integration type controller of an indoor air conditioning system includes a sensor part having sensors(44a-44e) for sensing indoor air conditions under the control of a sensor controller(42), an atmospheric air controlling contact point signal output part(47) for outputting contact point signals for atmospheric air control at conditions for dry-in/out modes. In the dry-in mode, a main ventilation system is driven for atmospheric air control when a peripheral ventilation fan such as a ventilation fan of a kitchen or a bathroom is operating. In the dry-out mode, the peripheral ventilation fan is driven automatically when the main ventilation system is driven under the control of an indoor environment control part(43). The indoor air control is carried out and the contact point signals are output for the atmospheric air control according to sensing results of the sensors. The integration type controller is connected to first to third indoor environment controllers(50a-50c) such as a ventilation system, a humidifier, a dehumidifier, a heater or an air conditioner, and first to third lamps(51a-51c) for controlling the same automatically according to the indoor air conditions.
