A BGA(Ball Grid Array) rework system of a temperature and time adjustment type using a graphic user interface is provided to improve convenience of a user by controlling each component with an exclusive application program through the graphic user interface method. A BGA rework system of a temperature and time adjustment type using a graphic user interface includes a user interface unit, a controlling device(1), a temperature controlling device(2), a heat source generating device(3), and a cold/warm wind supplying device(4). The user interface unit stores a profile setting temperature and time by predetermined levels according to an optimal work condition of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and characteristic of a component, stands by a user input while displaying the sequential profile, and outputs a part of the sequentially displayed profile according to the user's selection. The controlling device(1) controls all movements of each corresponding instrument by a command received from the user interface unit, and transmits a controlling state to the user interface unit. The temperature controlling device(2) performs operation and suspension by a control signal applied from the controlling device(1), and operates according to the set level. The heat source generating device(3) operates by a signal applied from the controlling device(1), and generates a heat source of the predetermined temperature. The cool/warm wind supplying device(4) performs operation and suspension according to the signal of the controlling device(1), supplies the heat source generated at the heat generating unit(3) to the component, and supplies air to cool the component after heating.
