COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING HYDROLYSIS COLLAGEN PEPTIDE STABILIZED IN NANO-LIPOSOME AND EUCOMMIA ULMOIDES OLIVER EXTRACT

A cosmetic composition is provided to improve skin moisturizing capability, promote collagen synthesis and maximize skin permeation capability by stabilizing hydrolyzed collage peptide having a low molecular weight in nano-liposome and have synergetic effect on improving skin wrinkles and skin elasticity by comprising an extract of Eucommia ulmoides oliver, thereby preventing skin aging effectively. A cosmetic composition comprises hydrolyzed collagen peptide stabilized in nano-liposome and an extract of Eucommia ulmoides oliver, wherein the content of the hydrolyzed collage peptide is 4.0-12.0 wt.% regarding the total weight of the nano-liposome and 0.001-10.0 wt.% regarding the total weight of the composition, the Eucommia ulmoides oliver extract regarding the total weight of the composition is 0.001-20.0 wt.% and the nano-liposome is prepared from a mixture including polyol, surfactant, phospholipid, fatty acid and water. Further, an average diameter of the nano-liposome is 30 to 70 nm, and the phospholipid is lecithin.
