BREATH ALCOHOL SIMULATORS FOR BREATH ALCOHOL TESTER

Breath alcohol simulators for inspecting measurement accuracy of a breath alcohol tester are provided to maintain the standard temperature of solution within a short time and continuously maintain saturated state of gas by promoting solution heating and vaporization, maximize temperature stability of testing gas, and prevent measurement inaccuracy due to deficiency or excess of alcohol gas by controlling the amount of released gas. A breath alcohol simulator for inspecting measurement accuracy of a breath alcohol tester comprises: a controller in a housing(20A); a reaction tank(29) having a storage tank(32A) for storing distilled water and a heating tank(32B) for maintaining the standard temperature of the distilled water; a sample-introducing means for supplying a standard alcohol sample to the storage tank for preparing alcohol solution, installed in the outer side of the reaction tank; a pumping means for suctioning alcohol solution from the storage tank to spray the alcohol solution into the heating tank, and suctioning the outer air to supply the outer air into the storage tank; and a measurement part(26) for measuring concentration of alcohol solution by inducing alcohol reaction gas generated from the storage tank to a release pipe(45).
