A guidance stone for marking road name and address is provided to be manufactured systematically and uniformly, improve its aesthetic appearance by improving its compatibility with existing road and sidewalk, and provide a pedestrian or vehicle driver with convenience by improving discrimination of the guidance stone, and a manufacturing method of the same is provided. A manufacturing method of a guidance stone for marking road name and address comprises: a processing process(S110) of cutting a guidance stone to a predetermined size; a design process(S120) of marking letters or marks of road name and address or other guidance information on an auxiliary plate; a removal process(S130) of adhering the auxiliary plate marked with the letters or marks onto top surface, and removing only portions of the letters or marks to be intaglioed; a forming process(S140) of projecting an abrasive onto portions of the guidance stone from which the auxiliary plate has been removed to form an intaglio to a predetermined depth of the guidance stone; and an inlaying process(S150) of sequentially coloring an adhesive inlaying material, a color inlaying material, and a transparent inlaying material on inner portions of the intaglio that has been formed on the guidance stone.
