A method and a system for evaluating mileage through customer participation, and a mileage evaluation server are provided to maximize customer satisfaction of a customer by enabling a customer to determine use of the mileage after the customer expects a real value of the mileage fully, and reduce burden of expenses needed for mileage usage by enabling a provider to set the periodical expenses autonomously. A receiver(210) receives a mileage use request from a customer terminal. A value estimator(230) calculates a value per mileage point by dividing a mileage management expense set by a provider issuing the mileage into an accumulation value of the requested mileage. A transmitter(250) transmits the calculated value per mileage point to the customer terminal. The transmitter transmits a signal requesting customer authentication to a mileage management server of the provider issuing the mileage when the mileage use request is received from the customer terminal.
