WASTE WATER SCREEN DEVICE OF THE WATER TANK TYPE AGGREGATION SORTING SYSTEM USING A CONTRUCTION WASTE

A waste water screen device of a water tank-type aggregate sorting system using construction waste is provided to restrain a net from being exchanged frequently by stably filtering foreign materials by reducing the velocity of the waste water flowing into a steeping trough, by installing a square wall-shaped velocity reducing member at a part of the steeping trough coming into contact with a control wall part of a water tank. In a water tank-type aggregate sorting system having a crusher unit(1) crushing construction waste, a waste water screen device is composed of: a water tank(2) equipped with a square wall-shaped control wall member controlling the waste water discharged from the crusher unit in order to discharge the waste water smoothly; a steeping trough(5) having a velocity reducing member(3) colliding with the waste water flowing from the control wall member of the water tank to reduce the velocity below predetermined level, and discharging the waste water after removing foreign materials by passing the waste water through a net(4); and a motor driving unit(7) recovering the waste water discharged from the steeping trough, to a purifier unit(6) and utilizing the waste water for the crusher unit.
