A use of amnion as a substrate or basement membrane for cell culture, the method for preparing them and the use thereof

PURPOSE: Provided is a cell treatment which treats burns with excellent physical strength and burn care facilitating efficiency of the amnion itself, and is effectively used in making and developing artificial organs based on various tissue engineering techniques. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the cell treatment comprises the steps of: treating the amnion such that the basement membrane thereof is preserved; removing the epithelium of the amnion; cross-linking it or coating it with collagen or bioactive factor; and culturing cells at the treated amnion. In this way, various cells are cultured using the biocompatible amnion separated from the placenta as a cell culturing matrix.
