A method for calculating a frequency and an integration period of an internal impedance measurement signal is provided to obtain a stable operation regardless of the change of peripheral temperature, although a filter unit with the relative wideband pass filter property is used and to remove a noise signal generated by charging ripple current and noise generated by induction, by sufficiently damping higher-harmonic frequency components adjacent to each other. In measuring a virtual value, internal impedance, or an effective value of internal impedance voltage of an object, a method for calculating a frequency and an integration period of an internal impedance measurement signal is composed of the steps of: aligning all higher-harmonic components of commercial power frequency of 60 or 50Hz according to the order of the size and searching a frequency band that difference between the higher harmonics adjacent to each other is over 20Hz; designating the frequency of a measurement signal as frequency having a multiple of 5 or 10Hz within the frequency band; and setting a predetermined integration period corresponding to the frequency of a measurement signal as a period corresponding to 5 or 10Hz or an integer of frequency.
