A method of manufacturing fermented soybean powder(Cheonggukjang) by adding green tea powder and Rooibos tea(Aspalathus linearis) powder containing flavonoid to fermented soybean powder to deodorize and mixing with dietary fiber is provided to remove characteristic smell of fermented soybeans and to improve the productivity. To make the titled fermented soybean powder, 50 to 65% by weight of fermented soybean powder is mixed with 25 to 45% by weight of dietary fiber comprising indigestible maltodextrin and 2 to 10% by weight of green tea powder, Rooibos tea powder or a mixture thereof. The fermented soybean powder is made from heated soybeans and Bacillus subtilis.
