The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of fast-fermented soybean paste (Cheonggukjang) with fermented barley powder, and fast-fermented soybean paste with the fermented barley powder manufactured by the method. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (a) squeezing water from an immersed soybean, and steaming and cooling the soybean; (b) firstly fermenting the cooled soybean of the step (a), secondly fermenting the same by adding salt, and manufacturing the fast-fermented soybean paste; and (c) adding the fermented barley powder to the manufactured fast-fermented soybean paste of the step (b), and maturing the same.
