METHOD FOR SUPPLYING LIQUID CRYSTAL AND LIQUID CRYSTAL SUPPLYING SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for supplying a liquid crystal is provided to control liquid crystal volume by corresponding to size of thin films formed in cell gaps, and to supply a liquid crystal so that the liquid crystal cannot be deficient or overflow the cell gaps, thereby preventing process inferiority. CONSTITUTION: A system calculates a size variation between the first thin film size and the second thin film size of thin films formed inside cell gaps of an LCD device to which a liquid crystal is injected(S1). The system increases/decreases the calculated size variation from the first preset liquid crystal size, and calculates the second liquid crystal size supplied to the LCD device(S2). The system supplies the liquid crystal to the cell gaps as much as the second liquid crystal size(S3). When calculating the second liquid crystal size, if the first thin film size is bigger than the second thin film size, the second liquid crystal size is calculated by subtracting the size variation from the first liquid crystal size.
