A method for preparing inorganic/organic barium titanate hybrid is provided to produce the inorganic/organic barium titanate hybrid having a highly low content of crystalline barium titanate nanoparticles and high dielectric constant. A method for preparing inorganic/organic barium titanate hybrid includes the steps of: (1) adding an acid to a solution of at least one silane compound represented by the formula 1 of (R^1)nSi(OR^2)_(4-n), and heating the admixture to prepare a medium for inorganic/organic hybrid; and (2) dispersing crystalline barium titanate nanoparticles in the medium for inorganic/organic hybrid to prepare an inorganic/organic barium titanate hybrid. In the formula, n is an integer of 1-3, R^1 is a C1-10 alkyl group having a vinyl group or reactive group, wherein the reactive group is a (meth)acrylate group, vinyl group, or epoxy group, and the alkyl group comprises a heteroatom selected from N, O, or S, and R^2 is a C1-5 alkyl or alkenyl group.
