SLUDGE REMOVAL APPARATUS OF WATER TANK FOR WATERWORKS

A sludge removal apparatus of a water tank for waterworks is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and maintenance cost and remove the sludge that has flown into the water storage tank more easily by installing a sludge settling plate on a bottom face of a water storage tank and lifting the sludge settling plate for a predetermined time as occasion demands, thereby removing sludge accumulated on a top face of the sludge settling plate. A sludge removal apparatus of a water tank for waterworks comprises: a water storage tank(10) having a supply pipe(11) formed on an upper portion of a left side thereof, a drainpipe(12) formed on a lower portion of a right side thereof, a sludge outlet(13a) formed in an upper end portion of the right side thereof in a way that a locking projection(13) is projected upward from the sludge outlet, and left and right drive supporting pipes(14,15) formed on central bottom portions of left and right lower ends thereof in a way that shaft holes(14a,15a) are formed in central parts of the left and right drive supporting pipes; front and rear left side lifting frames(20,20a) including rotary shaft pipes(22) which are installed on front and rear extending lines of the left drive supporting pipe(14) and formed on an extending line of the shaft hole(14a), and lifting members(23) formed on front ends of outer peripheries of the rotary shaft pipes(22) and extended to the inner side of the water storage tank; front and rear right side lifting frames(30,30a) including rotary shaft pipes(32) which are installed on front and rear extending lines of the right drive supporting pipe(15) and formed on an extending line of the shaft hole(15a), and lifting poles(33) formed on front ends of outer peripheries of the rotary shaft pipes(32) and extended to the inner side of the water storage tank; and a sludge settling plate(40) formed on an inner bottom face of the water storage tank, the sludge settling plate including a rectangular frame(41) formed on an outer side of the sludge settling plate, left and right semicircular grooves(41,41b) which are formed on left and right sides of a bottom face of the rectangular frame, and into which the rotary shaft pipes(22,32) and the left and right drive supporting pipes(14,15) are inserted, long inserting grooves formed in front and rear sides of the rectangular frame such that inner and outer long moving grooves are formed in inner and outer side faces of the long inserting grooves, and a drain guiding plate(45) formed at an inner side of the rectangular frame such that valley portions(45b) and mountain portions(45a) are formed in the direction of the sludge outlet(13a) of the locking projection(13).
