WATER REPELLENCY AGENT FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF, AND WATERPROOFING METHOD USING THE SAME

A penetration-reinforcement type waterproof agent composition for a concrete structure is provided to infiltrate into a concrete structure fast, and impart moisture blocking effect, concrete reinforcement effect, and waterproofing effect to the concrete structure. A penetration-reinforcement type waterproof agent composition for a concrete structure includes 40-62wt% of silicate, 1-8wt% of polysilicate, 5-20wt% of a polymer dispersion, 0.1-0.6wt% of a biochemical material, 2-6wt% of absolute alcohol, 0.5-5wt% of an iron corrosion inhibitor, and 13-22wt% of distilled water. The silicate is a compound represented by the formula 1 of R2O . nSiO3, wherein R is sodium, potassium, or hydrogen, and n is an integer of 1-5. The polysilicate is a lithium polysilicate comprising a lithium ion and 10-20 (SiO3)s. Further, the iron corrosion inhibitor is triethanolamine and the absolute alcohol is selected from a group consisting of methanol, ethanol and 2-propanol.
