A method of raising calcium-fortified poultry by feeding freshwater cultured pearl powder, oyster shell powder and green tea seed powder to poultry is provided to produce high quality eggs which have reduced characteristic smell, thick egg shells, thick yellow colors, strong elasticity of egg yolk and egg white, reduced content of cholesterol and increased content of minerals. Freshwater cultured pearls are washed with purified water, dried and ground to 20 to 30 micrometers. An oyster shell is dried to a moisture content of less than 5% and ground to 10 to 20 micrometers. Green tea seed is dried and ground to 100 to 150 micrometers. The freshwater cultured pearl powder is mixed with oyster shell powder and green seed powder in a mass ratio of 50:25:25 to give a mixed feed additive. Common feed additive for poultry is mixed with the mixed feed additive in a weight ratio of 80:20 to 90:10.
