CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE OF OPEN CAISSON COFFERDAM USING ASSEMBLING SHEET PILE AND IT'S METHOD

摘要

An installation structure of an open caisson cofferdam using a prefabricated sheet pile is provided to have excellent waterproofing capacity by a sheet pile, to make installation and dismantlement easy, to supply and manufacture materials easily, and to recycle materials effectively. An installation structure of an open caisson cofferdam using a prefabricated sheet pile comprises a cylindrical steel caisson shoe(10) placed on the top of bedrock(2), a lower fastening bracket(20) fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the steel caisson shoe to support and fix a lower circular plate from the lower part, a circular water stop covering up the lower fastening bracket tightly, a lower circular plate fastening a front protection cap(50) fastened with sheet piles on the inner and lower parts to fix and support a cofferdam, a water stop covering up the bottom of the sheet pile tightly, many sheet piles(70) connected mutually to form a circular cofferdam, and pier foundation concrete(80) formed on the inside of the sheet pile by dry construction to support a pier column(81).
