An optical signal processing system using polarization modulation and a method thereof are provided to control only the polarization state and power of optical signals inputted by using polarization modulation, thereby acquiring position coefficients and negative coefficient for processing the optical signals in an incoherent area. A light source(10) generates optical signals with difference wavelengths. A polarization modulator(30) receives the generated optical signals and generates the polarization-modulated optical signals according to a control signal. A wavelength dependent optical delaying unit(50) receives the polarization-modulated optical signals and generates a time delay of the optical signal according to a wavelength of the input optical signals.
