Composition of feed stuff containing an Yeast Solution and Yeast-Mineral Complex having Immunostimulatory Activity

A feed composition for immune enhancement containing a yeast solution is provided. The yeast solution and yeast-mineral complex enhance immunity by increasing the amount of total T lymphocytes, total B-lymphocytes, CD4 T lymphocytes, CD8 T lymphocytes, IL-4, IL-12, IgG, IgM and macrophages in the body and thus can be used as a feed and food composition for immune enhancement. The immunoenhancing feed composition containing an yeast solution is prepared by the steps of: adding water to yeast to produce a yeast solution, sterilizing and cooling the yeast solution to 60 to 70deg.C and controlling the pH to 6 to 7; enzyme-treating the yeast solution with one or more enzymes selected from beta-glucanase, cellulase and protease in the first step; cooling the enzyme treated yeast solution and enzyme-treating with a culture solution of pancreatin and Rhizopus sp. in the second step; and cooling the yeast solution. The immunoenhancing feed composition containing an yeast-mineral complex solution is prepared by the steps of: adding water to yeast to produce a yeast solution, sterilizing and cooling the yeast solution and controlling the pH to 6 to 7; introducing -OH ions such as Ca(OH) or NaOH to the yeast solution to alkalize; adding a mineral in salt form to the alkalized yeast solution to produce a mineral complex; filtering the mineral complex to produce a mineral complex with cake form; and drying and grinding the mineral complex in cake form.
