EXCHANGING SYSTEM OF STACK LINER OF BACKUP ROLL FOR FINISHING MILL WORK

A stack liner replacing system of a backup roll for a hot rolling machine is provided to replace a stack liner semi-automatically and rapidly, and obtain safety against drop of parts by lifting up a jack rod and a jack, pushing a choke, and separating the stack liner from the choke. A stack liner replacing system of a backup roll for a hot rolling machine comprises a pair of support frames(10), a guide rail, a transfer plate(20), an extendable lifting unit(12), and a jack rod. The support frames are contacted with two chokes respectively. The guide rail is horizontally installed from an inner space of each support frame to the outside. The transfer plate has a pulley to reciprocate along the guide rail. The lifting unit lifts up and down the transfer plate in the lower space where a stack liner(30) is placed. A jack is detached from the jack rod. Choke fixing bolts(14) are installed on each support frame to prevent the movement of a choke(32). Liner holders(24) are installed on the transfer plate to fix the stack liner.
