A wave-type carbon soundproof plate of an environment-friendly road is provided to reduce pollution by purifying air flew in holes of a front perforated plate using a filter unit and exhausting the purified air to a rear cover, to cut off road noise by making a filter unit with a sound absorbing member and a sound insulating member, to keep the efficiency of a soundproof wall by filtering exhaust gas and heavy metal fugitive dust, and to prevent the corrosion of a soundproof wall by purifying air and removing moisture using natural charcoal of a filter unit. A wave-type carbon soundproof plate of an environment-friendly road comprises a front perforated plate(10) provided with many holes(11) at the front and formed in a wave-type cross-section to have fastening joints on the top and bottom, a rear cover(20) fastened to the fastening joints of the top and bottom of the front perforated plate and formed in the type of a flat plate, a filter unit inserted between the front perforated plate and the rear cover and made of natural carbon material to filter exhaust gas and heavy metal fugitive dust entering through holes of the front perforated plate, and then to exhaust to the rear cover, and a side cover coupled to the side fastened with the front perforated plate and the rear cover and joined with protective rubber at the inside. The filter unit comprises a sound absorbing member(50) formed in the type of gauze and made of a synthetic fiber material, a carbon sound absorbing plate(60) attached to one side of the sound absorbing member, made of a carbon material and provided with many insertion holes to insert natural charcoal and to be covered with a cover, and a sound insulating member(40) attached to one side of the carbon sound absorbing plate to cut off noise.
