A sludge hopper gate is provided to reduce fabrication and maintenance costs by simplifying structure of the sludge hopper gate and making it not necessary to supply a separate power to the sludge hopper gate, a sludge drawing system using the sludge hopper gate is provided, and a sludge drawing method using the sludge drawing system is provided. In a sludge hopper gate(300) installed on a hopper(110) of a settling pond(100), the sludge hopper gate comprises: a frame; opening-and-closing supporters(320) mounted on the frame and rotated by the operation of a sludge collector(200) for collecting sludge settled in the settling pond; and an opening-and-closing unit(330) connected to the opening-and-closing supporters to open or close the frame. The opening-and-closing unit includes: a first damper(332a) connected to the opening-and-closing supporters; at least one second damper(332b) disposed at a position spaced from the first damper; damper shafts(334) for rotatably mounting the first and second dampers on the frame; and connecting bars(338) for connecting the first damper and the second damper to transmit drive force of the first damper to the second damper. The sludge collector has guide rollers(210) attached thereto to operate the opening-and-closing supporters. The opening-and-closing unit additionally includes a pair of link members(336) respectively mounted on one end and the other end of the damper shafts projected to the outside.
