A FIXING DEVICE, A PRE-FABRICATING FORMS FOR CONCRETE-STRUCTURE AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

A fixing device, a prefabricated form for a concrete structure, and method of constructing the same are provided to install and uninstall easily a plate of the prefabricated form for the concrete structure. A fixing device comprises a fastening body(110), in which a pair of metal plates(111) are partially embedded so as to not only insert a reinforcing bar into an upper surface thereof but also be welded with the inserted reinforcing bar, and which is provided, in a lower surface thereof, with a female threaded axial hole(115) in which a female thread(114) is formed in an axial direction, and a fixing bolt(120), which passes through a plate so as to fix the plate to the fastening body and has a male thread(121) screwed to the female threaded axial hole of the fastening body.
