PROCESS FOR PREPARING RECOMBINANT HUMAN BMP-2 EMPLOYING GENE CODING FOR HUMAN BMP-2

A recombinant human BMP(bone morphogentic protein)-2 employing gene coding for human BMP-2 is provided to mass-produce the BMP-2 of man with a superior activity because the soluble BMP-2 in the recombinant E. coli is manufactured when the novel gene ciphering the BMP-2 of the man is used. A gene HBMP- 2 (sequence number 2) ciphering the bone morphogentic protein-2 of man is included in a recombinant human BMP(bone morphogentic protein)-2. The Escherichia coli introducing the expression vector pHBMP-2 to the Escherichia coli is cultivated. The bone morphogentic protein-2 (sequence number 1) of the man is obtained from the Escherichia coli. The Escherichia coli allows a formation of the disulfide bond.
