An improved structure of bathroom ventilation for the apartment house is provided to effectively ventilate indoor air by rapidly discharging the polluted air of the bathroom and to cutting off the bad smell including the tobacco smell etc by closing ventilator when necessary. An improved structure of bathroom ventilation for the apartment house comprises as the follows. A ventilation body(11) axially coupled with a manual control bar(11d) rotatably is opened and closed according to need. A distribution filter(15) having a inlet hole(15a) arranged in the interval which becomes narrow from a center of the plate. A left and right elastic fixtures(16,16a) in which the adhesive plate(16d) of the rubber material adhering closely to the left and right end of the ventilation body to the bathroom wall by the elasticity of the spring(16c) is formed. A left and right gallery type opening and closing ventilation duct(10,10a) in which the suction pipe(17) is formed includes support holes(13,13a) and penetrating hole(17b,17c). A blowing pipe includes a vent(20) connected to a discharge pipe of the wall of the bathroom with a pipe.
