The dispenser has a case (6) in which a roll (3) of a paper strip (2) is housed. The roll has precuts transversal to the strip to define rectangular paper sheets (5). The case has a nozzle (9) with a distribution orifice (10) by which the strip is unwound. The nozzle and roll are arranged so that the sheets are unwound one by one and come out at an outlet of the nozzle. A ratio of width and length of the sheets is between 0.5 and 0.65.
