ASPIRATION SYSTEM FOR GRAIN-CLEANING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OF GRAIN HEAP CLEANING PROCESS IN ASPIRATION SYSTEM OF GRAIN-CLEANING MACHINE

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, pneumatic separation systems of grain- and seed-cleaning machines and means for optimizing grain heap cleaning and sorting parameters and modes.;SUBSTANCE: aspiration system has cross-flow fan equipped with working wheel and mounted within spiral casing having inlet and outlet channels separated by adjacent wall provided with window. Valve located in window has working device formed as double-armed rotary shutter positioned so that one of arms may be accommodated within outlet channel. Working device is equipped with at least two shutters delimiting rotating baffles. Window is provided on portion adjoining edge of adjoining wall covering the length making 0.51-0.6 of diameter of working wheel. Double-armed rotary shutter has arms length ratio of 1:1.5-1:5. Method involves carrying away impurities from grain mixture by means of ascending air flow created by cross-flow fan; increasing air flow speed by directing vortex flow to working wheel from radial gap defined between working wheel and adjacent wall separating inlet air flow from outlet air flow; varying direction of vortex flow relative to adjacent wall by means of rotary baffles delimited by shutters; providing shutter with two arms of different length so that arm of greater length may be accommodated within outlet channel for outlet air flow created by fan; selecting angle of inclination of baffles from mathematical dependence.;EFFECT: increased efficiency of grain cleaning machines and improved quality of grain heap cleaning process.;3 cl, 2 dwg
