FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should weld in a steel ball of 15 mm diameter into the rod of a direct elevator at the distance of 35 mm against its sharpened end; introduce the elevator under zygomatic bone after mucosal incision of transitional maxillary fold, in case of reposition of zygomatic bone the point of effort application belongs to alveolar process that enables to apply the moment being sufficient for zygomatic bone's repositioning.
