The invention describes the method of production of the catalyst for oxidization in the gaseous phase, at which on the fluidized inert carrier they deposit the suspension of TiO2 and V2O5 particles, in which, at least, 90 volumetric % of the particles of V2O5 have the diameter of 20 microns or less and, at least, 95 volumetric % of the particles of V2O5 have the diameter of 30 microns or less.
