METHOD FOR EVALUATING THE EFFICIENCY OF ELECTROCHEMICAL LYSIS AT TREATING BENIGN FOCAL DISEASES OF MAMMARY GLAND

FIELD: medicine, mammology, oncology.;SUBSTANCE: in the course of electrochemical lysis at treating benign focal diseases of mammary gland it is necessary to carry out dopplerometry at evaluating the character of Doppler curve of circulation and maximal linear rate of circulation in arteries along the whole perimeter of focal capsule. At the absence of arterial form of circulation and decreased maximal linear rate of pseudocirculation in vascular projection being up to 0.13 m/sec and lower one should conclude that tissue lysis in the area under testing has achieved the degree of aseptic necrosis. The innovation enables to take into account histological focal structure, the factor of altered hemodynamics at the background of electrochemical lysis impact upon tissues more accurately.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.;2 dwg, 1 ex
