Moreover, the veins should be intersected being distally the areas of their cannulation after activating the system of temporary vascular shunting, and its functioning should be maintained in the course of the whole ahepatic period of the operation before final stage of vascular reconstruction. After that cannulas should be successively removed out of veins' lumen under condition of their lateral squeezing out.
