METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF THE CEMENT CLINKER AND THE ADDITIVE IN THE RAW MIXTURE FOR PRODUCTION OF THE CEMENT CLINKER

FIELD: construction materials industry; other industries; methods of production of the cement clinker and the additives in the raw mixture for production of the cement clinker.;SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to the cement production, where it may be used at preparation of the cement raw mixture for production of the road and highly active portland-cement clinker. The method of production of the cement clinker provides, that in the cold end of the oven feed the cement raw mixture containing in the capacity of the additives the iron-containing component and steel-smelting slag in the amount of 7.0-14.3 mass % with respect to the raw mixture. At that they introduce the slag of the following composition (in mass%): СаО - 39-43, SiO₂ - 20-35, А1₂О₃ - 2-8, Fe₂O₃ - 13-20, MgO - 10-20, other components - 0.4-2.6, c.l. - 4-10 in the form of the mixture with the carbonate rock in the ratio(in mass %): steel-smelting slag - 53-54, carbonate rock - 46-47 at following amount of the mixture to the iron-containing component,(in mass %): the iron-containing component - 5-10, the indicated mixture - 90-95, and the carbonate rock, besides, consists of the carbonate component - 30-70 mass % and the lime - 30-70 mass %. The invention also is related to the composition of the above-indicated additive. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the range of the components for production of the road and - portland-cement clinker with preservation and enhancement of the activity of the clinker, reduction of the specific consumption of the fuel.;EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of the range of the components for production of the road and - portland-cement clinker at preservation and enhancement of the clinker activity, reduction of the specific consumption of the fuel.;2 cl, 6 tbl
