METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE RELAPSES IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE LEUKOSIS

FIELD: medicine, diagnostic techniques in oncology.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to supplement patient's blood serum with conventional rabbit's hemolytic serum to incubate the mixture; then comes the reaction of hemagglutination with ram's erythrocytes. In case of reaction inhibiting, if the index of inhibiting is 1.1, not less one should predict low efficiency of therapy at applying standard schemes of polychemotherapy and high probability of the development of early (in terms up to 6 mo) relapse.
