FIELD: experimental medicine.;SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to affect the culture with nonstationary alternating magnetic field with the help of the emitters of alternating magnetic field at the following parameters - magnetic induction being 32±5% mTl, modulation frequency of 10 Hz, he frequency of alternating field being 50 Hz, the frequency of emitters' commutation being 60 Hz, exposure time being 2 min. It is, also, important to affect with infrared laser radiation at wave length being 890 nm, at the frequency of impulses sequence ranged 1050±10 Hz, maximal impulse power being 4 W and direct magnetic field at induction value ranged 42±5 mTl. The innovation suggested enables to increase the activity of ions transport of antibacterial preparations both through cellular wall and via membranous cell structures of S.aureus.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;3 ex, 2 tbl
