METHOD OF INTERVERTEBRAL DISK BY M.K. MAGOMEDOV

FIELD: medicine, pathologic anatomy.;SUBSTANCE: spine is dissected. Anterior surface is released from residual ligaments. Vertebral body is saw cut along the anterior surface in oblique direction bottom-up and front-to-back at an angle 40-46° until subjective sense of volatile gap is appeared. Dissection of intervertebral disk throughout vertebral body at level of lower locking lamina is performed. The second incision is made in parallel with the first one throughout entire verterbral thickness along upper edge of intervertebral disk at level of upper locking lamina.;EFFECT: allows obtaining consistent intervertebral disk without artificial damage and with preserved nucleus pulposus.;4 dwg
