The plants which oil of seeds has green or straw-coloured colouring refer to homogeneous, typical for breed, and a plant which oil of seeds has greenish-yellow, yellow or light yellow colouring - to heterogeneous, not selected. Thus colouring of the oil taken by cold pressing of seeds is estimated.
