FIELD: medicine, cosmetic substances.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to stomatology and concerns substances for oral cavity care. Dentifrice water formulation contains one or mixture of quaternary ammonium compounds like cetyl pyridinium chloride, tetradecyl pyridinium chloride, N- tetradecyl-4-ethyl pyridinium chloride, domiphenbromide, as well as acceptable liquid carrier. Formulation does not contain anionic, nonionic, or amphoteric surface active agents and at that carries at least 324h/mln of bioavailabile ammonium antibacterial agent. Formulation is characterised with high antibacterial activity and is used for prevention and treatment of such oral cavity diseases as dental deposit, caries, gingival inflammation, parodentium diseases and odor nuisance.;EFFECT: production of water for oral cavity care with high antibacterial activity.;13 cl, 1 tbl
