FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: method includes placement of an axial and azimuthal orientated seed into an inoculating cavity so, that the ends of the mark on the seed coincide with guiding slots of the cavity. Melt is poured into a shell mold, and then the mold is removed from the heaters zone into a liquid metal crystalliser. Azimuthal orientation of melt is set within a range of angle ϕx-[100] values between crystallographic direction [100] and geometric axis X of the blade equal to (35±10°). Axial orientation is set so that crystallographic direction [001] of an alloy coincides with geometric axis Z of the blade or so that a deviation of crystallographic direction [001] of an alloy from geometric axis Z of the blade does not exceed 10°.;EFFECT: upgraded reliability and resource of turbine single crystal working blades of a gas turbine engine.;2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
