FIELD: electrical engineering; non-destructive check.;SUBSTANCE: method consists in measurement of electric equipment insulation resistance in range of frequencies of 0-150 kHz, by means of additional determination for rated conditions of power supply circuit resistance in respect to connection points of mentioned equipment in frequencies range of 0-150 kHz. Further resonance frequencies of power supply circuit and electric equipment insulation are determined and compared, if they are close or same - conclusion is drawn on value of electric equipment insulation damage probability, and that provides the possibility to take measures concerning change of power supply circuit resonance frequency and as a result to increase reliability of electric equipment operation.;EFFECT: increase of electric equipment pre-emergency condition non-destructive diagnostics method reliability.;3 cl, 16 dwg
