FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be used for increased efficiency at treatment of a bottomhole formation zone of a well. The device for treatment of a bottomhole formation zone of a well contains an air chamber of 20-25 m length with atmospheric pressure and a receiving perforated metal chamber with a gas generating hard composition - GGHC, placed inside of it, the metal chamber consisting of two parts, wherein the first part, facing the air chamber, is made out of a combustible, high strength composition with a low gas release - CHSC, and the second part of GGHC is made out of a thermo generating composition; at that the said receiving chamber is equipped at its upper end with a collapsible calibrated diaphragm and is connected by means of a coupling made with apertures to an additional air chamber of 1.5-2.5 length; CHSC is made out of composition mixture, mas.%: ammonium perchlorate 35-40, epoxide compound - a mixture of resin "ЕД-20", plastisiser "ЭДОС" and hardener "АФ-2М" 65-60, and the thermo generating composition is made out of composition mixture, mas.%: ammonia nitrate 35.0-38.0, potassium permanganate 1.0-2.8, barium nitrate 14.0-14.5, iron aluminium thermit -30.0-31.5, aluminium "АСД-1" 1.0-1.5, epoxide resin "ЕД-20" 12.4-13.0, plastisiser "ЭДОС" 0.5-0.7, hardener "АФ-2" 1.8-2.3. The method of treatment of a bottomhole formation zone of a well includes lowering the above said device into the bottomhole on a cable, assembly of its coupling with apertures opposite the treated bed, opening of the air chamber by means of calibrated diaphragm actuation caused by layer-after layer combustion of GGHC with creation of gases heated to high temperatures at higher pressure within the interval of treatment, then it includes discharge of impurities out of the bottomhole, then follows a process interval providing heating of rock, and opening of the additional air chamber by means of successive actuation of an igniter, CHSC and the collapsible calibrated diaphragm, located in the additional receiving chamber, at that the igniter is actuated from an electric impulse.;EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of treatment of a bottomhole formation zone of an oil well.;2 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
