FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: device to control tightening torque of threaded fasteners can be used in various industry field to assemble threaded fasteners. It consists of hollow case with section-shaped sockets at its ends to provide interaction with a head for impact wrench key and screw head or nut of the threaded fastener being tightened. The case contains inertia element, spring loaded in tangential direction. Also, an adjustable resistor is installed in the case along its rotation axis. The resistor is connected to control unit, which consists of trigger comparator and power supply source. Adjustment output of the resistor is connected with control unit resistor and to first input of the comparator. The second input of the latter is connected to reference voltage supply, and its output is connected to S-input of the trigger. Trigger output is connected to positive output of the power supply via indication element. Negative output of the power supply source is connected to the second output of control unit resistor. Trigger R-input is connected to "Logical one" bus via control button. The second output of the adjustable resistor is connected with positive output of the power supply source. Inertia element is installed on stem of adjustable resistor.;EFFECT: accuracy of tightening torque control is increased.;2 dwg
