FIELD: food production technology.;SUBSTANCE: meat and mushrooms are cut and fried; onion, paprika and hot pepper are cut and fried in vegetable oil. Garlic is milled and fried in small amount of vegetable oil and runner beans are cut and frozen. The said ingredients are mixed up with lemon juice, soya sauce and starch without oxygen access. Produced mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: extension of facilities and dishes selection for production of new canned food with high digestibility properties up to 12.6·104.
